Prestatyn man drove at more than 90mph while eight times over ketamine limit

Blimey, a local Prestatyn resident has been in the news for all the wrong reasons! Our town's roads were put at risk by someone driving at a staggering 90mph, and it turns out they were way over the limit for ketamine. A serious reminder for us all to be safe out there.
